At Tilting Futures, I manage systems and processes that equip the organization to make data-informed decisions. I help our team collect data that drives our work forward, report findings in ways that are useful and applicable, and guide conversations to make our learnings actionable. 

 

Before joining Tilting Futures, I worked at KIPP and Achievement First Public Schools in New York City where I had the privilege of working with extraordinary young people on their journeys to and through college. I also took two sabbaticals where I traveled extensively through South America and Mexico.
