At Tilting Futures, we center student impact and organizational learning. I lead efforts to understand our impact, use what we are learning to inform our work and share what we are learning both inside and outside the organization. 

 

Before joining Tilting Futures, I designed, led, and implemented mixed-methods and quasi-experimental evaluations of privately and publicly funded programs to uncover, understand, and communicate their impact; impact that was often challenging to surface due to culturally-specific and equity-related issues.
